  • Publication number: 20100277474
Abstract: A memory unit (201) stores a shape, a position and a direction of an object in a virtual space and those of a planar body close to the object, and covering polygons arranged so as to cover the object. Each covering polygon has transparency information which expresses a shadow of the object to be covered. The transparency information becomes opaque at a center thereof, and gradually becomes transparent toward the exterior. A selecting unit (202) selects, among the covering polygons corresponding to the object, a covering polygon satisfying a precondition, such as contacting with the planar body, as a projecting polygon. A generating unit (203) projects the virtual space onto a two-dimensional planar surface in the order of the planar body, the projecting polygon and the object to display a shadow of the object on the planar body.

  • Patent number: 7112984
Abstract: On a clock supply route to a specified block such as a ROM, there are provided a clock delay circuit which includes a plurality of delay elements connected in series and a selector, such that a delay clock signal is selected and output in accordance with a delay control signal. During a product test, an operation test for the specified block is carried out in order to find out the delay adjustment signal that exhibits a proper operation. For this purpose, the delay adjustment signal is supplied from a delay adjustment terminal via a selector. When a value of the delay adjustment signal is obtained in the product test, the value of the delay adjustment signal is memorized to a delay setting circuit including a fuse circuit or a PROM. In a normal operation, the memorized value in the delay setting circuit is supplied to the clock delay circuit via the selector.

  • Patent number: 6145087
Abstract: At the beginning of a test, a selector 22 selects and outputs a test clock CLKt provided by an LSI tester in conformance to a select signal SL. In response, test data are stored in an input data register 24 in synchronization with the clock CLKt. If the logic level of the select signal SL is changed after the test data are stored, the selector 22 selects an internal clock CLK generated by an internal oscillation circuit 21 and a core logic unit 23 generates output data through an operation performed in synchronization with the clock CLK. These output data are stored in an output data register 25. If the logic level of the select signal SL is changed after the output data are stored, the stored output data are output in synchronization with the clock CLKt.

  • Patent number: 5809642
Abstract: A method for detecting deterioration of solder paste printing includes defining a check pattern region on a portion of the printed circuit board PC separated from the electrical circuit, forming fine pitch check through-holes 8a in the metal mask 7 with a pitch finer than that of the electrical circuit within a region of the metal mask corresponding to the check pattern region, printing solder paste 9 onto the check pattern region through the fine pitch check through-holes of the metal mask, monitoring for defects in the printed check pattern and detecting a defect in the check pattern region before the solder paste printing onto the electrical circuit has deteriorated. The method enables maintenance of the best condition of the solder paste printing onto the electrical circuit.

  • Patent number: 5381097
Abstract: A liquid leakage detector line is provided with a coating layer having at least liquid-absorbent properties and disposed at the outer periphery of a core which contains a pair of wiry electrodes disposed nearly parallel with each other, wherein the wiry electrodes comprise conductors which are extrusion coated with a polyester elastomer as an insulator. The liquid leakage detector line has excellent mechanical strength, rubber elasticity, resistance to fatigue from flexing and crack propagation resistance, and is free from the occurrence of pinholes, crazings, etc. inside the insulator during production and laying due to external forces applied to the wiry electrodes, such as pressure, tensile force, bending, and the like. As a result, erroneous actuation due to rainfall, etc. does not occur, and the time required to detect the sulfuric acid or other liquid to be detected has little dependence on the temperature, and short detection times for leaking liquid are possible even at low temperatures.

  • Patent number: 5196898
Abstract: An optical liquid sensor comprises an optical fiber folded back in two, a light-emitting element disposed at one end of the optical fiber, a light-receiving element disposed at the other end, and a detection means comprising a pair of units of a rod lens and/or large-diameter glass optical fiber with a narrow gap interposed therebetween in a linear segment of a folded-back portion of the optical fiber, the folded-back portion being hermetically sealed except at an aperture portion for admitting a liquid into the narrow gap. In this sensor, the loss of light at the narrow gap is minimized. In the manufacture of the sensor, a special jig is used for insuring that a rod lens or the like is accommodated in a metal sheath in such a manner that its forward end is flush with the end face of the sheath or projects slightly beyond the end face.
