  • Publication number: 20090108118
Abstract: A wire winding apparatus of the invention can reduce the burden of momentum on the side of the nozzle cooperated with the spindle shaft in winding operation, thereby to enable an effective winding operation. The winding apparatus comprises a carrier C carrying at least one bobbin B to be wound with wire, a nozzle 3ba for supplying the wire to be wound around the bobbin B, a spindle shaft 3ca for rotating the bobbin B, a working table 3a disposed opposite to the nozzle 3bc and spindle shaft 3ca so as to introduce the carrier into between the nozzle 3bc and spindle shaft 3ca, wherein the spindle shaft 3ca is retractable relative to the bobbin B carried on the carrier C fed onto the working table 3a so as to allow the bobbin B to move between the carrier C and nozzle 3ba.

  • Patent number: 5707540
Abstract: A fiber treatment chemical includes a lactic ester derivative represented by the following formula (1): ##STR1## wherein RCO means a fatty acid having 12-32 carbon atoms, n stands for a number of 1-4, and X denotes hydrogen, a monovalent or divalent metal, ammonium, or amine. A fiber treatment composition comprising this fiber treatment chemical, and fiber and textile goods are treated with the fiber treatment chemical or fiber treatment composition.

  • Patent number: 5482645
Abstract: The invention relates to non-ozone depleting cleaning compositions for degreasing elements in manufacturing and engineering processes like oily machine parts and for defluxing printed circuit boards, used in the electric and electrical industry. The composition according to the invention contains at least one C.sub.6-12 alkyllactate ester, preferably 2-ethyl hexyl lactate, in an amount of 70-99% by weight and at least one emulsifier, preferably n-octanol, in an amount of 1-30% by weight. One of the main advantages of the present cleaning composition is based on the fact that in the rinsing step with water for removing the cleaning composition from the treated surface an emulsion is formed, which on the one hand is stable enough for having proper rinsing ability and on the other hand--after the rinsing step--will separate rather quickly into an oil and a water phase. This last mentioned phenomenon provides the benefits of reusing the active cleaning agent, i.e. the C.sub.

  • Patent number: 5137931
Abstract: Disclosed is a foamable phenolic resin composition comprising, as indispensable components, 100 parts by weight as solids of a resol type phenolic resin, 3 to 100 parts by weight of an acidic curing agent, 1 to 50 parts by weight of a blowing agent, 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a saccharide and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a foam stabilizer, in which a partial or complete acetylation product of a castor oil/ethylene oxide adduct having a hydroxyl value smaller than 15 mg-KOH/g, which is obtained by acetylating a castor oil/ethylene oxide adduct formed by adding 20 to 70 moles of ethylene oxide to 1 mole of castor oil is used as the foam stabilizer and/or a resol type liquid penolic resin obtained by subjecting a phenol and an aldehyde to addition condensation reaction in the presence of a catalyst having a metal ion-forming capacity, in which the residual amount of the catalyst is smaller than 0.

  • Patent number: 5008297
Abstract: In a method for producing resol type phenol resin foams by using starting material for the foams prepared by blending a resol type phenol resin, a blowing agent and a catalyst, a low molecular weight resol type phenol resin with the number average molecular weight of less than 200 and a high molecular weight resol type phenol resin with the number average molecular weight of greater than 200 are mixed at a weight ratio of from 5/95 to 80/20 and used as the resol type phenol resin. The resol type phenol resin foams are excellent in adhesion, fire-proofness capable of foaming cure in a short time and useful for sprayed-in-place foaming, etc. The phenol resin foams produced by the invention are capable of integral foaming with rigid urethane resin foam layer into foamed laminates of excellent thermal insulation, fire-proofness, etc.
