  • Patent number: 10204763
Abstract: A controller disclosed herein drives, in a first step, a high frequency generating source at a first energy condition, and drives, in a second step, a high frequency generating source at a second energy condition. Prior to a switching time of the first step and the second step, the controller switches gas species supplied from the gas supply system into the processing container, and sets a gas flow rate in an initial period just after the switching to be larger than a gas flow rate in a stabilization period after lapse of the initial period.

  • Patent number: 9546408
Abstract: A method for quenching a steel pipe by water cooling from an outer surface thereof, where pipe end portions are not subjected to water cooling, and at least part of a main body other than the pipe end portions is subjected to water cooling. A region(s) that is not subjected to direct water cooling over an entire circumference thereof can be along an axial direction at least in part of the main body other than the pipe end portions. The start and stop of water cooling can be intermittent at least in part of the quenching. During the water cooling of the pipe outer surface, an intensified water cooling can be performed in a temperature range in which the pipe outer surface temperature is higher than Ms point. Thereafter, the cooling can be switched to moderate cooling so that the outer surface is cooled down to Ms point or lower.

  • Patent number: 8428907
Abstract: A path of a signal extends from an initial point through first and second cells to an end point. The signal is supplied as a first signal to the first cell and outputted therefrom as a second signal. The signal is supplied as a third signal to the second cell and outputted therefrom as a fourth signal. First delay amounts of the signal in the first cell and a transition time of the second signal are calculated based on a transition time of the first signal and a voltage supplied to the first cell. Second delay amounts of the signal in the second cell and a transition time of the fourth signal are calculated similarly. Here, the transition time of the second signal is set to be a transition time of the third signal. Jitter values in the end point are calculated based on the first and second amounts.

  • Patent number: 7954887
Abstract: A rear structure (10) of a vehicle is provided in which a lower back reinforcement (16) is provided longitudinally forward of a lower back panel (12). A gusset (34) connects the lower back reinforcement (16) and a rear floor side member (20) in a longitudinally and laterally oblique direction. Accordingly, when a collision load is applied to the vehicle from an oblique rear direction of the vehicle, the change in the angle formed by the lower back reinforcement (16) and the rear floor side member (20) is suppressed and the rigidity against such a collision load is thus improved.

  • Publication number: 20110065363
Abstract: A scale removing apparatus 7 in accordance with the present invention subjects the internal surface of the steel pipe 3 to a blasting process wherein abrasive particles (not shown) are ejected through a high-pressure jet nozzle 2 and collide with the internal surface of the steel pipe 3. The scale removing apparatus 7 has the high-pressure jet nozzle 2 for ejecting the abrasive particle, a dust collector 4 for collecting dust particles after blasting, and restraining means 6 for restraining air from flowing into the steel pipe 3 from an end part of the steel pipe 3 along with the transfer of abrasive particle ejected through the high-pressure jet nozzle 2. Therefore, the scale can be removed without scattering of dust particles into the atmosphere even with a low-capacity dust collector.
