The capping member possesses a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, and the distal end portion of the capping member possesses a window member and a dissecting member. The window member extends from the proximal end portion of the capping member to the distal end portion of the capping member, and a cutting member is positioned in the tubular member and is movable under the window member and in a circumferential direction relative to the tubular member.
