  • Patent number: 7710468
Abstract: An LCD driver starts reading a digital image signal of one frame from a VRAM in response to a reproduction timing signal. A driving timing signal generator generates a driving timing signal in response to a synchronizing signal, whose phase is shifted by a delay time from the reproduction timing signal. So a phase difference corresponding to the delay time is provided between the driving timing signal and the reproduction timing signal. Synchronously with the driving timing signal, an image sensor is driven to shoot a subject and output an analog image signal of one frame. After being converted into a digital form, the image signal is written in the VRAM sequentially from the first line of one frame. The phase difference is determined so that the LCD driver starts reading the image signal sequentially from the first line, immediately after the first line is written in the VRAM.

  • Patent number: 7545657
Abstract: A switching power source apparatus includes a switching element connected through a primary winding of a transformer to a DC power source, a start circuit for a control circuit, a rectify-smooth circuit of a voltage of a secondary winding of the transformer, and a rectify-smooth circuit to rectify and smooth a voltage of a tertiary winding of the transformer into a source voltage for the control circuit. The start circuit supplies a first starting current to start the apparatus and stops the first starting current once the apparatus has started. If the source voltage to the control circuit decreases to a turn-off voltage after the apparatus has started, the start circuit supplies a second starting current that is smaller than the first starting current. If the source voltage to the control circuit further decreases to a predetermined voltage that is lower than the turn-off voltage, the start circuit supplies the first starting current.

  • Patent number: 7492023
Abstract: A zener diode is formed in a spacer, which adhered on the semiconductor substrate so as to surround an image sensor, by semiconductor process. A first contact terminal is connected to a CCD output terminal of the image sensor, and a second contact terminal is connected to a ZD ground terminal on the semiconductor substrate. When the ZD ground terminal is connected to ground, the zener diode is actuated. Capacitance components of the zener diode smoothes a waveform of the CCD output so as to prevent an unnecessary radiation noise from generating.
