  • Patent number: 8044361
Abstract: Plural detection boards are stacked and fixed. The detection board has a wiring board, a semiconductor detection device fixed on an upper surface of the wiring board and configured to detect radiation, and a spacer fixed on the upper surface of the wiring board. Each of the detection boards is provided so that the semiconductor detection device and the spacer have a designated positional relationship. In addition, the spacers are stacked and matched in an X-Y plane surface with each other so that the detection boards are fixed by fixing members.

  • Publication number: 20090242778
Abstract: Plural detection boards 22 are stacked and fixed. The detection board 22 has a wiring board 24, a semiconductor detection device 25 fixed on an upper surface of the wiring board 24 and configured to detect radiation, and a spacer 28 fixed on the upper surface of the wiring board 24. Each of the detection boards 22 is provided so that the semiconductor detection device 25 and the spacer 28 have a designated positional relationship. In addition, the spacers 28 are stacked and matched in an X-Y plane surface with each other so that the detection boards 22 are fixed by fixing members 23a and 23b.

  • Patent number: 6105414
Abstract: A transfer feeder for a forging press includes a pair of parallel feed bars each having article-grasping claws, the feed bars being able to make a three-dimensional movement (i.e., an advance-return movement of the feed bars in a longitudinal direction, a clamping-unclamping movement of the feed bars in a widthwise direction, and a lift-down movement of the feed bars) so as to feed forging workpieces from one step of a pressing process to another. The transfer feeder further includes lift-down devices each for making a lift-down movement relative to a corresponding transfer frame through a lift-down linear-movement mechanism, advance-return devices each for making an advance-return movement relative to a lift-down frame of the associated lift-down device through an advance-return linear movement mechanism, and clamping-unclamping devices each for making a clamping-unclamping movement relative to an advance-return frame of the advance-return device through a clamping-unclamping linear-movement mechanism.
