Two USB ports and are provided in the periphery of the housing. A plurality of air-discharge holes are formed in the upper portion of the periphery of the housing. Gas in the housing is discharged to the outside through the air-discharge holes. Furthermore, light from an LED provided in the housing works as an illumination for the fuel cartridge, which can facilitate checking of the fluid level of the fuel cartridge, thus, checking of the amount of remaining fuel.
