    Abstract: Provided is an adhesive having high adhesive capacity even in the high temperature water, a fuel cell having the adhesive, and a method for manufacturing the fuel cell. An adhesive includes a base polymer, a tackifier, and an acid modified polypropylene. The acid modified polypropylene is at least one of the acid modified polypropylene selected from maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene and maleic acid-modified polypropylene. A mass ratio of the acid modified polypropylene to the base polymer (acid modified polypropylene/base polymer) is 0.1 or more.
