  • Publication number: 20240140401
Abstract: A parking support apparatus includes an instruction detection section that detects the occupant's parking instruction based on an operation of the occupant of the vehicle or a history of a motion of the vehicle, and a vehicle control section that performs the automatic parking of the vehicle. When the history indicates that the vehicle has stopped after steering and turning from a straight movement, and that the occupant has performed a predetermined parking instruction operation, the instruction detection section determines that the parking instruction is detected.

  • Patent number: 9068520
Abstract: An engine control apparatus in which a fuel injection apparatus injects a fuel to an engine; detecting means detects a drive state of the engine, and an ECU controls actuation of the fuel injection apparatus on the basis of a detection information of the detecting means and a specific output characteristic data of the engine, wherein compensating means for compensating the output characteristic data is provided, and the ECU is structured such as to compute a limit torque value on the basis of a result of compensation of the output characteristic data by the compensating means and the detection information of the detecting means, and actuate the fuel injection apparatus in correspondence to the limit torque value.

  • Patent number: 7611983
Abstract: A first BPSG film covering a transistor is formed. Next, a second BPSG film is formed on the first BPSG film. The B concentration in the first BPSG film is about five times higher than the B concentration in the second BPSG film. Next, the first BPSG film is separated into a part of a source diffusion layer side and a part of a drain diffusion layer side, with a gate electrode being a boundary. Subsequently, a contact hole reaching the source diffusion layer is formed in the first and second BPSG films. Then, by removing the first BPSG film exposed to the contact hole by isotropic etching, a hollow portion is formed between the source diffusion layer and the second BPSG film. Then, a barrier metal film made of TiN or the like is formed in the hollow portion.

  • Patent number: 7212771
Abstract: A grid electrode, disposed along a corotron wire, includes a planar, plate-shaped member having plural openings in each of which a longitudinal direction and a short side direction are formed, the longitudinal directions of the respective openings being lined up to be in a same direction, and connecting portions connecting openings adjacent to each other in a opening longitudinal direction and connecting portions connecting openings adjacent to each other in a opening short side direction. At each opening, a shortest distance from a center point to an opening edge is less than 1.5 mm, a grid opening ratio is greater than or equal to 82%, and a length of the longitudinal direction is at least 1.3 times a length of the short side direction. The connecting portions connecting openings adjacent to each other in the opening longitudinal direction are not disposed on a same line which is orthogonal to the corotron wire.
