  • Publication number: 20180102696
Abstract: In a rotor manufacturing method, two rotor cores (20) having magnet insertion holes (14) disposed with permanent magnets (40) are disposed opposite to each other with a middle die (110) interposed therebetween in a rotor core disposing step (S210), and resin is supplied to the two rotor cores (20) from the middle die (110) and the resin is filled between the magnet insertion hole (14) and the permanent magnet (40) in a resin filling step (S230). Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of cull which is a residual cured product of the resin.

  • Patent number: 5154545
Abstract: An improvement of a high density pneumatic transport system for pneumatically transporting powdered or granular materials placed in an airtight storage container to a collector through a transport pipe having a vertical riser pipe intermediately thereof by the use of pressurized gas. The transport pipe comprises a lower horizontal pipe being connected to the airtight storage container and having a convergent cylindrical accelerating reducer, an upper horizontal pipe being connected to the collector and having a divergent cylindrical decelerating reducer at its initial end, and a vertical riser pipe which connects the lower horizontal pipe to the upper horizontal pipe. The vertical riser pipe is provided at intermediate thereof up and down with an acceleration regulating reducer having a convergent accelerating portion above its bottom having a constricted portion and a divergent cylindrical decelerating reducer.

  • Patent number: 5150990
Abstract: A high density pneumatic transport system of solid materials from an airtight transport tank through a transport pipe into a collector. In the airtight transport tank materials are successively fed into a charge tank by reciprocating a slide damper. Simultaneously materials stored in the charge tank are successively pushed out into the transport pipe by supplying pressurized gas intermittently and transported continuously at high density through a lower horizontal pipe and a vertical riser pipe, then transported in the form of a long column in an upper horizontal pipe at a very low speed by deceleration by a divergent means, and finally collected into a storage tank of the collector.

  • Patent number: 5056962
Abstract: A method and the related system for sampling solid materials. Materials as continuously manufactured from a compression molding machine are sampled at fixed intervals and the materials thus sampled are fed into a transport pipe so as to be transferred by being accompanied by a transport plug into an inspecting station at low speed from its stand-by position in the pipe when a gas control means is set in a feed mode. After transferring sampled materials the transport plug left at its terminal position in the transport pipe is automatically returned to the stand-by position through the transport pipe when the gas control means is set in a suction mode. By executing the above steps repeatedly, sampled materials are successively transferred into the inspecting station by being accompanied by the transport plug under unmanned operation.

  • Patent number: 4938372
Abstract: A storage container for storing powdered or granular materials without causing breakage and fragementation thereof includes a storage container body provided with at its upper portion with an a shock absorbing means accommodated therewithin for alleviating the shock of the materials induced thereinto. The shock absorbing means comprises, in a first aspect, a zigzagged shoot includes a plurality of slant plates extended inwardly alternately from its opposed side wall portions, a plurality of outlets formed below said respective slant plates except the lowermost one and a discharge window formed its upper portion. In a second aspect, it comprises a small and a large shock absorbing members configured to a right circular cone with the former being arranged on the upper side of the latter and disposed concentrically below the inlet. The latter has a drop opening formed at it stop portion.

  • Patent number: 4904127
Abstract: An improved method and related system for pneumatically transporting powdered or granular materials stored in an airtight storage container to a collector through a transport pipe in the form of a lengthy column in high density and at a slow speed by the use of pressurized gas. The method of the invention comprises the steps of stopping feeding of the pressurized gas when the whole of the powdered or granular materials corresponding to a final batch contained in the storage container are sent into the material transport pipe, simultaneously discharging the internal pressure of the storage container through a gas decompressing means, inserting a transport plug from the base end of the material transport pipe, and carrying forward the transport plug at a slow speed by feeding pressurized gas from the base end of the transport pipe.

  • Patent number: 4904128
Abstract: An improved and the related system for pneumatically transporting a powder or granular material placed in an airtight storage container through a transport pipe in high density. The material is formed into a long column in a horizontal upper pipe of the transport pipe and is transported at very slow speed and in high density by being performed such operation that the material is first increased and then reduced in speed and again accelerated while being moved up through a vertical riser pipe connected to the horizontal pipe and is once more reduced in speed when the material enters the horizontal upper pipe.

  • Patent number: 4856941
Abstract: An improved method and the related system for pneumatically transporting a powder or granular material placed in an airtight storage container through a transport pipe in high density. In the invention, pressurized gas is being intermittently supplied to the airtight storage container containing the material therein so as to take out of the container and a transport plug is being synchronously fed into the base of the transport pipe, whereby the powder or granular material is successively formed into a long column inside the transport pipe and is pneumatically transported at very slow speed.
