  • Patent number: 7223418
Abstract: A stretch plaster comprising a support membrane having a thickness of 1 to 50 ?m and a drug containing adhesive layer having a thickness of 3 to 400 ?m, wherein (i) the support membrane comprising a copolymer of 0 to 90% by weight of vinyl acetate, 10 to 97% by weight of alkyl (meth)acrylate having 3 to 14 of a mean carbon number of alkyl group and 0 to 15% by weight of (meth)acrylic acid, (ii) the copolymer is cross-linked by polyvalent metal such as aluminum or a poly-functional chain compound, wherein the cross-linking ratio is 20% or more of the theoretical total number of carboxyl group of the copolymer when the polymer is cross-linked by the polyvalent metal such as aluminum, and is 1 to 10% expressed by copolymerized ratio of the poly-functional chain compound when the copolymer is cross-linked by poly-functional chain compound, (iii) the support membrane has 150 g or less of self adhesion shown by an adhesion between the support membranes and (iv) the support membrane has 70% or more of an elasticit

  • Patent number: 6448031
Abstract: This invention relates to a method for producing an LH-RH derivative, characterized in that a peptide fragment shown by general formula (1): pGlu-His-Trp-OR1 (where R1 denotes a lower alkyl) and a peptide fragment shown by general formula (2): H-Ser-Tyr-X-Leu-Arg-Pro-Y (where X denotes an amino acid selected from the group consisting of D-amino acids such as D-Leu, D-Ser(But), D-Trp, and (2-napthyl)-D-Ala, and Gly, and Y denotes Gly-NH2, Azgly(Azaglycine)-NH2 or NHR2 (R2 is lower alkyl)) are allowed to react in the presence of chymotrypsin or a chymotrypsin-like enzymes, to produce the LH-RH derivative shown by general formula (3): pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-X-Leu-Arg-Pro-Y (where X and Y are as defined above). Since the method does not accompany a side reaction such as racemization, it enables simple separation and purification of LH-RH derivatives. Moreover the method enables to provide high yields, as well as recovery and recycling of unreacted peptide fragments, therefore it is valuable in industrial use.

  • Patent number: 6060748
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) device has a silicon-on-insulator substrate having a semiconductor substrate, an insulating film formed on the semiconductor substrate, and a silicon layer formed on the insulating film. The semiconductor IC device includes at least one semiconductor device formed on the semiconductor substrate, and at least one semiconductor device formed on the silicon layer and operated with a power-supply voltage different from a power-supply voltage for the semiconductor device formed on the semiconductor substrate.
