  • Publication number: 20210324420
Abstract: Nicks were generated at multiple sites in the neighboring DNA region of the nucleotide to be modified on the recipient chromosome, and on the donor chromosome, a nick was generated at at least one site corresponding to the site where a nick was to be generated on the recipient chromosome. Thereby, the present inventors have succeeded in significantly suppressing non-homologous end joining and specifically inducing recombination between homologous chromosomes at the target site.

  • Patent number: 9417363
Abstract: An optical sheet including a fly-eye lens is provided, which exhibits excellent optical functions, including desired light condensing ability, light diffusing ability and an ability for rendering a light source image substantially invisible, and can be produced with high reproducibility. The optical sheet includes a sheet-like main body, first unit shaped elements arranged on one surface of the main body and together constituting the fly-eye lens; and second unit shaped elements arranged on the one surface of the main body and extending in parallel with one direction on the sheet surface of the main body. The first unit shaped elements are arranged, with a space provided therebetween, on the one surface of the main body, while the second unit shaped elements are arranged between the first unit shaped elements on the one surface of the main body.

  • Patent number: 8794799
Abstract: An optical sheet having both of an excellent light condensing function and an excellent scratch resistance is provided. An optical sheet includes: a sheet-like main body; at least three or more first unit shaped elements arranged on one surface of the main body; and second unit shaped elements arranged on the one surface of the main body. Each of the second unit shaped elements extend in parallel with in one direction on a sheet surface of the main body. A height H1 of each of the first unit shaped elements from the one surface is higher than a height H2 of each of the second unit shaped elements. A rate of an area occupied by the first unit shaped elements on the one surface is not more than 10.0%, when observed along a normal direction nd relative to the one surface.

  • Publication number: 20100315803
Abstract: An optical sheet including a fly-eye lens is provided. This optical sheet can exhibit excellent optical functions, including desired light condensing ability, light diffusing ability and ability for rendering a light source image substantially invisible, as well as can be produced with high reproducibility. In one example, the optical sheet (40) includes: a sheet-like main body (45); first unit shaped elements (50) arranged on one surface (46) of the main body and constituting together the fly-eye lens; and second unit shaped elements (55) arranged on the one surface of the main body and extending in parallel with one direction on the sheet surface of the main body. In this case, the first unit shaped elements are arranged, with a space provided therebetween, on the one surface of the main body, while the second unit shaped elements are arranged, between the first unit shaped elements, on the one surface of the main body.
