Abstract: A radio communication system includes a first radio base station including a terminal communicator which communicates with a radio terminal and a connection timing controller which starts waiting for connection in station-to-station communication when the terminal communicator has established a communication link with the radio terminal, a second radio base station including a connector which, upon detecting the base station waiting for connection in station-to-station communication, establishes connection with the base station in the station-to-station communication and a connection timing controller which, when the connector has detected the base station, starts waiting for connection in station-to-station communication, and a third radio base station including a connector which, upon detecting the base station waiting for connection in station-to-station communication, establishes connection with the second base station in the station-to-station communication.

Abstract: A sentence display control device displays sentences representing contents of speeches of human characters who appear in a game and imitating sounds relating to the contents of speeches in a game content display frame of a monitor. A vibration control device vibrates a vibration pack when the vibration pack is mounted on a controller. A display mode changing device successively enlarges the sizes of the respective characters of a sentence representing the content of the game displayed in the game content display frame when a specific character display is executed and then reduces them to an initial size. A link control device links a change of a display mode by the display mode changing device and driving of the vibration pack. Accordingly, the contents of speeches of the characters who appear in the game can be displayed in an emphasized manner to a game player, thereby making the video game more interesting.

Abstract: A video game device of this invention comprises a speech/action storage device for storing contents of various speeches and actions of a leader character to be given to a main character as an ability growth object; an ability value updating device for successively updating an ability value of the main character according to the execution result of the content of the speech/action; a parameter storage device for storing an enthusiasm parameter which is set to be a positive value for each training-related speech/action and a negative value for any other speech/action; an enthusiasm parameter adding device for adding a set value to a present enthusiasm parameter given to the main character every time the speech/action is executed; a reliability degree calculating means for calculating a reliability degree between the main character and the leader character; and a judging device for judging a successful growth of the main character.
