  • Patent number: 10500922
Abstract: An evaporator has an outer peripheral side held by a holding portion. The evaporator includes a body portion and a packing located on a part of the body portion that faces to the holding portion. The packing includes an inner elastic layer and an outer elastic layer. The inner elastic layer has a water absorbability smaller than that of the outer elastic layer and is made of a closed cell foam member. The outer elastic layer is made of an open cell foam member. The holding portion includes a first rib preventing an air from flowing along the outer peripheral side of the body portion, and a second rib preventing a displacement of the body portion. A thickness of the outer elastic layer in a condition where the outer elastic layer is not held by the holding portion is larger than a protrusion length of the first rib.

  • Patent number: 10144265
Abstract: An air conditioning unit for a vehicle has a casing, a heating heat exchanger, a first partition plate, a first opening, a second partition plate, a second opening, and a switching door. The casing has a face opening and a foot opening. The heating heat exchanger is arranged in the casing. The first partition plate partitions a downstream side of the heating heat exchanger in an airflow direction into a first passage and a second passage located below the first passage. The first opening is formed on a downstream side of the first partition plate in an airflow direction and communicates between the first passage and the second passage. The second partition plate is arranged on the downstream side of the heating heat exchanger and is formed with a third passage between the first partition plate and the second partition plate in the first passage.

  • Patent number: 9903443
Abstract: An eccentric speed variator includes a first rotor, a second rotor, a third rotor, a cylindrical pin, and a flange. The second rotor has a hole formed therein. The third rotor rotates eccentrically to change a relative rotation phase between the first and second rotors. The cylindrical pin extends through the hole of the second rotor to establish mechanical engagement between the second and third rotors. The flange is secured to or integrally formed with an end of the cylindrical pin. In operation, when the flange contacts the outside wall of the second rotor, it serves to minimize inclination of the third rotor relative to the second rotor, thereby reducing local friction between the second and third rotors to eliminate undesirable mechanical vibration or noise. This structure also enables parts of the cycloidal speed reducer to be decreased, which leads to a reduced size of the cycloidal speed reducer.

  • Publication number: 20150300756
Abstract: A heat exchanger has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which refrigerant flows. When sides configuring the heat exchanger having the rectangular parallelepiped shape include a first side, a second side, and a third side, a length of the third side is shortest. A surface surrounded by the first side and the second side is a heat exchange surface of the heat exchanger. A fixing structure for fixing the heat exchanger to a case includes at least one fixing portion disposed on at least one of a surface surrounded by the first side and the third side and a surface surrounded by the second side and the third side. The fixing portion is disposed at a position where a composite vibration mode of not greater than 1000 Hz is minimum.
