  • Patent number: 10656022
Abstract: The present invention provide a temperature sensor including a sensor main body having a contact surface for contacting with the upper surface of a battery cell, a mounting member holding the sensor main body and attaching it to the battery cell, and a coil spring arranged between the sensor main body and the mounting member. When viewing from an opposite side to the contact surface, the center P1 of the contact surface coincides with the center P2 of a trajectory connecting a pressing point pressed by the coil spring. When the mounting member is inclined due to inclination of a resin member mounted on the upper surface of the battery, the temperature sensor can absorb all inclinations by the coil spring, and prevent the contact surface away from the upper surface of the battery cell.

  • Patent number: 8723505
Abstract: A current sensor structure includes a substantially ring-shaped magnetic core comprising layers of magnetic plates to be accommodated in an insulating case and secured to the case via a molding compound. Projections protruding in the magnetic plate's thickness direction are provided either on a front-side wall portion of the case in the thickness direction or on a surface of the magnetic core in the thickness direction. By virtue of, the surface of the magnetic core is supported by the front-side wall portion via the projections, leaving a gap between this surface and the wall portion to the same height as that of the projections. The gap is filled with the molding compound. Dilative and contractive deformation of the case in the direction orthogonal to the thickness direction is absorbed by the molding compound in the gap to prevent the stress from acting upon the magnetic core.

  • Patent number: 8596193
Abstract: A supply plate has a proximal end supported by a pivot shaft disposed parallel to a position-fixed shaft and a position-movable shaft. A position-movable shaft support member is pressed toward the position-fixed shaft so the first and second rolls are pressed at the contact point under a predetermined pressure. A link arm supported by a fulcrum shaft is pressed to a surface of the position-movable support member that faces the position-fixed shaft. The fulcrum shaft and the pivot shaft are connected. The contact point is shifted as the position-movable shaft support member moves toward the position-fixed shaft, and the pivot shaft is rotated around the axis line by the link arm, the fulcrum shaft, and the link mechanism based on the movement of the position-movable shaft support member, so the slant angle of the supply plate is automatically changed and the supply plate is directed to the contact point.

  • Patent number: 8328234
Abstract: An airbag inflator in which a pressure vessel constituted by a base and a diffuser accommodates an igniter, a gas generating agent, a filter, and an inner cover that covers the gas generating agent and includes a bent portion that contacts an inner wall of the filter. The filter has a layered structure constituted by an inner filter and a wire mesh outer filter. The inner filter is of a cylindrical shape, in which upper and lower end portions are formed in a tapered shape that decreases in height toward an outer peripheral side. The wire mesh outer filter is fitted over an outer peripheral surface of the inner filter, excluding at least the respective end portions formed in the tapered shape, and has a slightly larger outer diameter than an inner diameter of the base. The filter is press-fitted into the base. Thus, the filter can be incorporated into the base easily. Further, close contact with the inner cover can be maintained when the diffuser and the base are integrated by welding.
