  • Publication number: 20140270613
Abstract: The properties of a lubricating oil are utilized to avoid excessive quality in terms of the circularity of roller members while reducing the noise from a radial roller bearing alone during rotation and thereby reducing the noise from a rotary machine. A radial roller bearing includes an outer ring member (30A), a plurality of roller members (30B), and a retainer, and a lubricating oil (0) is supplied between the outer ring member (30A) or a rotating shaft and the roller members (30B). The circularity (?R) of the roller members (30B) in a cross section perpendicular to a centerline (CL) thereof is set to be lower than or equal to the minimum oil film thickness (hmin) of an oil film formed by the lubricating oil (O).

  • Patent number: 8435019
Abstract: An object is to provide a highly reliable vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor of an inverter-integrated type that minimizes vibration and deformation of a board and a bus bar caused by vibration of a vehicle so as to prevent devices from becoming detached, to prevent soldered sections and welded sections from rupturing, and to prevent short circuits from occurring.

  • Patent number: 8240163
Abstract: There is provided a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor in which a high-voltage short circuit due to the breakage of a high-voltage system including an inverter is prevented in the event of a crash, thereby improving safety. In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor (1) including an inverter accommodating section (10) at the periphery of a pressure-resistant housing (2) in which an electric motor and a compressing mechanism are accommodated, the inverter accommodating section (10) accommodating an inverter (13) that converts direct-current power supplied from a high-voltage power source to three-phase alternating-current power and feeds the power to the electric motor in the pressure-resistant housing (2) through glass-sealed terminals (16), wherein in a vehicle-mounted state, the inverter accommodating section (10) and the inverter (13) are offset to the rear of a vehicle with respect to the front-surface portion (2A), facing the front of the vehicle, of the pressure-resistant housing.

  • Patent number: 8152487
Abstract: An inverter-integrated electric compressor that is capable of solving various problems caused by thermal expansion of a gel material filled inside an inverter accommodating section for vibration prevention and moisture prevention and capable of increasing reliability is provided. In the inverter-integrated electric compressor, an inverter accommodating section (11) is integrated with a periphery of a housing (2) accommodating an electric compressor; an inverter device (20) is accommodated inside the inverter accommodating section; a gel material (30) for vibration prevention and moisture prevention is filled in the upper section thereof so as to leave an air layer (31); an upper opening in the inverter accommodating section is sealed with a cover member (18); and a vent valve (40) formed of a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane (42) is provided in the cover member.

  • Publication number: 20110268380
Abstract: In rollers used in a radial needle bearing, the circularity of crowning sections provided at opposite ends of each roller is 0.6 ?m or smaller. This allows for reduction of sound (noise) produced when the radial needle bearing rotates by itself and can also allow for reduction of sound (noise) of a rotational machine when the radial needle bearing is installed and rotates therein.
