Abstract: A photomask plate with a film surface protective layer is characterized in that a protective layer forming solution is prepared by mixing a main constituent comprising a two-liquid cross-linked antifouling surface coating agent, prepared by combining a mixed resin of a fluororesin and an acrylic resin in a solvent mixture of n-butyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), with a cross-linking curing agent, prepared by mixing a polyisocyanate prepolymer and ethyl acetate, and a diluent comprising n-butyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and cellosolve (ethylene glycol monoethyl ether) acetate. This protective layer forming solution is applied to a film surface of a photomask plate photosensitive emulsion layer produced by forming the film surface of the photosensitive emulsion layer (an emulsion photomask) on a substrate. The protective layer forming solution is then aged to form a film surface protective layer in a laminated manner.

A discharging tube is connected to the three way valve, and a washing liquid is discharged into the discharging tube by changing the three way valve. A washing liquid circuit is formed by connecting a washing liquid return tube to the three way valve. A four way valve is connected to the washing liquid return tube, and the washing liquid can flow in both directions of the circuit by changing the four way valve.

Abstract: An electric noise absorber for absorbing electric noise on an electronic device, comprising a piece or pieces of ferrite and an openable case composed of a pair of case members for containing the piece or pieces of ferrite, keeps the electric cable in position by means of two pairs of holding members, and also holds the cable loosely at openings formed in both ends of the case members. The electric cable is prevented from being damaged because the cable is not bent sharply in the vicinity of the openings. The piece or pieces of ferrite is or are attached to or detached from the case members easily owing to the elasticity of the holding members. Moreover, the electric noise absorber is installed on the electric cable simply by being placed at an appropriate position and being closed by means of a pair of protrusion and a pair of hooks provided on the two case members, respectively.
