Abstract: A miniature variable capacitor comprises a miniature variable capacitor main body comprising stator plates, a base plate for supporting the stator plates, and rotor plates. held to a rotor shaft and undergoing displacement, in accordance with rotation of the rotor shaft, with respect to the stator plates thereby establishing a variable changing electrostatic capacitance established between the rotor plates and the stator plates. A rotor plate driving rotary member is secured to the rotor shaft at one end thereof. The driving member is formed with a recess. The miniature variable capacitor main body is assembled or incorporated with the driving member, by rotary being fitted into the recess of the driving rotary member. The rotor shaft is integrally or unitarily formed with the driving member.
