  • Patent number: 10247647
Abstract: A cell trapping device 1 includes: a housing 10, a filter, and a plurality of fastening members 60. The housing 10 includes: a lid member 100 having an introduction channel 101 configured to introduce a test liquid into an inside; and a storage member 200 having a discharge channel 201 configured to discharge the test liquid to an outside. The filter is provided on a channel in the housing 10 and supported between the lid member 100 and the storage member 200 by the lid member 100 and the storage member 200. The fastening members 60 configured to clamp the lid member 100 and the storage member 200 from both sides in an intersecting direction that is a direction intersecting with the filter to fasten the lid member 100 and the storage member 200 to each other.

  • Publication number: 20170356898
Abstract: A cell-capturing device includes: one or more introduction channels for introducing test liquid or treatment liquid; a discharge channel for discharging the test liquid or the treatment liquid to the outside; a filter having a plurality of through-holes, and being disposed in a channel so that the test liquid or the treatment liquid passes through the through-holes; an introduction region formed between the filter and the introduction channel in a channel; a discharge region formed between the filter and the discharge channel; and a housing part accommodating at least a part of the introduction channel, the introduction region, and the discharge region therein, wherein the cell-capturing device further includes a pre-treatment part formed at a position apart from a connection part with the introduction region on at least one of the introduction channels, and formed by a spatial region having a diameter larger than that of the introduction channel.

  • Publication number: 20170137769
Abstract: By providing a pre-processing unit on a processing liquid channel included in a cell capturing apparatus, air bubbles accumulate in an introduction region inside of the pre-processing unit and thus the air bubbles are removed while a processing liquid moves through the introduction region and a discharge region, even when the air bubbles are contained in the processing liquid. By providing a foreign matter removal filter, at least a part of foreign matters (foreign matters that cannot pass through through-holes) contained in the processing liquid can be captured and thus the processing liquid from which the foreign matters are removed can be supplied to a cell capturing device at the subsequent stage.

  • Publication number: 20170121667
Abstract: Cells in a test liquid are captured and observed easily and accurately. A cell capture filter 30 is fixed by a first protrusion part 125 of a lid member 100 and a second protrusion part 225 of a housing member 200 in a cell capture device 1, and a first fitting part 130 and a second fitting part 230 are fitted with each other. This allows the cell capture filter 30 to be fixed between the lid member 100 and the housing member 200 in a state where a filter region of the cell capture filter 30 is surrounded by the looped first protrusion part 125 and the looped second protrusion part 225.

  • Patent number: 6825249
Abstract: Provided are a laminating method and machine for successively heating and compression-bonding a film-shaped organic die-bonding material on a leadframe. leadframe 7 is placed on a travelling table 8 and is heated there. A film-shaped organic die-bonding material 2 is punched out and the resulting film is tack-bonded to a die pad on the leadframe. The leadframe with the film tack-bonded thereon is then moved to a position B by the travelling table. After the film is pressed by a compression-bonding element at the position B, a chip is mounted on the film-shaped organic die-bonding material 2. It is therefore possible to bond a film-shaped organic die-bonding material under compression on a leadframe with good productivity but without voids and further to avoid package cracking upon mounting a chip.
