  • Publication number: 20240112936
Abstract: A substrate transfer module includes: a transfer space in which a transport body including a magnet moves in a lateral direction while being levitated from a floor by magnetic force to transfer a substrate; a hole forming member having a through-hole formed in a vertical direction; a partition member that forms the floor by overlapping a hole edge portion of the through-hole in the vertical direction to block the through-hole, and defines the transfer space having an atmosphere that is separated from a non-transfer space including a portion under the floor outside the transfer space; and a plurality of electromagnets provided in the non-transfer space at positions overlapping the through-hole to move the transport body in the lateral direction, wherein each of the electromagnets is individually fed with power from a power feeder provided in the non-transfer space via a power feed line.

  • Publication number: 20170212645
Abstract: When a user touches a menu on a first hierarchy, a display device shows another menu on a second hierarchy near the touched menu. The user can make a selection on the second hierarchy by successively tracing his or her finger on the menu on the second hierarchy. In a third hierarchy and subsequent hierarchies, still another menu on a corresponding hierarchy is shown near the selected menu on the previous hierarchy.

  • Patent number: 5425399
Abstract: A weft picking system for an air jet loom is provided with a microcomputer as a controller. The weft picking system comprises a weft traction device including a pair of rollers, one of which is driven by an inverter motor. A weft yarn fed from a weft measuring and storing device can be placed between the rollers to be drawn toward a weft posture regulating nozzle. The weft posture regulating nozzle is arranged to project the weft yarn into the shed of warp yarns and regulates the posture of the weft yarn under the influence of air jet ejected from the nozzle and from a plurality of sub-nozzles. The rollers always rotate during a weaving operation of the loom. A change-over device is provided to change the weft yarn from a first state of being placed between the rollers to a second state of separating from the rollers or vice versa.

  • Patent number: 5399784
Abstract: A high quality bisphenol A with a high purity and an excellent hue is produced from a crystalline adduct of bisphenol A and phenol by washing the adduct with specifically purified phenol, followed by decomposition of the washed adduct to separate bisphenol A. The purification is performed by a method including contacting raw material phenol with a strong-acid ion exchange resin to obtain treated phenol, and distilling the treated phenol.

  • Patent number: 5382711
Abstract: High quality bisphenol A is produced from a neutral crystalline adduct of bisphenol A and phenol by fusing the adduct in an atmosphere having a maximum oxygen content of 0.005 % by volume, followed by evaporation of liberated phenol. The crystalline adduct may be mixed with an aliphatic carboxylic acid before the fusion to reduce the coloring of the product. When an acidic crystalline adduct is used, the use of a strong alkali salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid is suitably used. Interior surfaces of the apparatuses for carrying out the fusion and evaporation are desirably washed with an organic solvent to remove oxygen therefrom. The evaporation of phenol is suitably performed by two stage steam stripping wherein a used stripping gas obtained in the second stage is employed as a stripping gas in the first stage while steam is used as the stripping gas in the second stage.
