  • Publication number: 20240074716
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnosis apparatus includes a table, an imaging unit, and processing circuitry. The table includes a table top on which a subject is placed. The imaging unit includes an X-ray tube which emits X-rays to the subject and an X-ray detector which detects the X-rays. The processing circuitry detects contact between an object and at least one of the imaging unit and the table. The processing circuitry executes control to display contact position information relating to a position in contact with the object based on a detection result.

  • Patent number: 7934703
Abstract: An apparatus includes an ultrasonic transducer; an ultrasonic propagation medium disposed so as to fill a plane of vibration of the transducer; liquid retaining means disposed so as to be in contact with an end face of the medium; and an ultrasonic focusing reflecting mechanism disposed in an ultrasonic propagation path, thereby the apparatus attains discharging into air and atomization of the liquid by use of ultrasonic waves. Atomization efficiency is enhanced by the use of an ultrasonic reflection tube, and mist emission is carried out. Use is made of a compact liquid container equipped at its bottom with an ultrasonic transmission membrane. Various types of liquids can be atomized by changing the direction of ultrasonic course.

  • Patent number: 7875097
Abstract: A raw material for sintering of 100% in total is blended so as to adjust iron-containing dust and/or sludge to 60% or more, and coarse grains having a grain size of 2 mm or larger to 20% or more on the weight basis, one-third or less of the total amount of addition of coke breeze is added as a fuel, the blend is kneaded and granulated using a vibration kneading granulator to thereby produce granulated grains, the residual portion of the total amount of addition of coke breeze is added to the granulated grains, the blend is subjected to exterior coating granulation using a rolling type granulator, thus-granulated raw material for sintering is screened, and a fraction having a grain size of 1 mm or larger is used for sintering, making it possible to sinter microparticulate dust and microparticulate sludge as main raw materials, which have conventionally been used only to a limited amount of use.

  • Publication number: 20080223953
Abstract: [OBJECTS AND PROBLEMS] Relating to a mist generator capable of emitting any of chemical substances used in life, such as perfumes, pharmaceuticals and pesticides, in the form of fog or vapor. An object of the invention is to attain means for efficiently atomizing liquid, means for easily and rapidly switching the type of chemical substance emitted and a compact apparatus of good maintainability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An apparatus comprises an ultrasonic transducer; an ultrasonic propagation medium disposed so as to fill a plane of vibration of the transducer; liquid retaining means disposed so as to be in contact with an end face of the medium; and an ultrasonic focusing reflecting mechanism (concave reflection mirror) disposed in an ultrasonic propagation path, thereby the apparatus attains discharging into air and atomization of the liquid by means of ultrasonic waves. Atomization efficiency is enhanced by the use of an ultrasonic reflection tube, and mist emission is carried out.

  • Patent number: 5277543
Abstract: A submerged motor pump is provided in a piping system or connected to a pressure vessel, and a pump and a motor are immersed in the fluid. A rotor rotatable together with a pump impeller is fixed to a rotor shaft. The rotor shaft is supported by a thrust bearing. A cover is provided facing the end of the rotor shaft and carries an ultrasonic sensor on its outside surface. The ultrasonic sensor projects ultrasonic wave toward the end of the rotor shaft and detects the echo therefrom so as to measure the distance between the end of the rotor shaft and the inside surface of the cover, i.e. the surface thereof in contact with the fluid. The inside surface of the cover includes a concave spherical surface which faces the end of the rotor shaft and substantially converges the main beam of the ultrasonic wave to the end of the rotor shaft, preventing reduction of sound pressure of the ultrasonic wave.
