In order to solve the problem set forth above, the present invention proposes a contents-watching device that calculates a taste value by normalizing a watching index indicative of the number of contents-watching times or the like for every contents-attribute with an emergent index indicative of the number of contents-watching chances, acquires an contents-attribute connected with contents to be a subject for watching recommendation, and has a function to calculate watching recommendation information by using the taste value of the contents-attribute.

Because of this, a user is kept waiting until desired information is displayed, so that it is hard to smoothly reflect a high speed operation on a graphic display. In order to solve the problem, the present invention proposes a display device characterized in caching graphic information that has the possibility to be used for display in the future in response to a user's operation history of graphics.

Abstract: In related art, it takes time on a client to receive or draw a graphic element that is not important as data constituting graphics. Optimum graphic data is not transmitted to the client. To solve the above-described problems, the present invention proposes a graphic instruction transmitter having functions of selecting respective instructions constituting entire graphics according to information, such as client instruction execution capability information and information about graphic importance, and transmitting an instruction group generated on the basis of the selected instructions to the client.
