The location information acquirer acquires location information of the device. The route information acquirer acquires route information that indicates a predicted route, which is predicted to be used by the user, from a location indicated by the location information to the scheduled boarding location. The route deviation detector determines whether the device deviates from the predicted route based on the location information and the route information. The notification provider causes the device to provide a notification to the user in a case where the device deviates from the predicted route.
