  • Publication number: 20230048535
Abstract: A battery lid is formed of a metal plate integrally formed with a valve and a surrounding plate portion surrounding the valve which facilitates rupturing the valve at a predetermined pressure. The valve includes a pressure receiving plate portion having a bending groove, and bendable from the bending groove by applied pressure, and a thin plate portion thinner than the thickness of the surrounding plate portion, and connects the pressure receiving plate portion to the surrounding plate portion. The thin plate portion has a rupture groove passing through extension sections on the respective lines extending from the bending groove. As the pressure receiving plate portion is deformed by the pressure applied to the valve, the extension sections are pulled more strongly than are the other sections in the valve. Therefore, when a predetermined pressure is applied, the valve is ruptured from the extension sections of the rupture groove.

  • Publication number: 20220320675
Abstract: According to the present disclosure, there is provided a sealing plate equipped with a gas discharge valve that reduces processing load and work hardening during molding. A gas discharge valve of a sealing plate 1 disclosed herein has a flat plate-shaped base portion and a protruding portion protruding from a first surface of the base portion in a first direction, an annular thin-walled portion having a thickness smaller than the thickness of the protruding portion is provided around the protruding portion, and a first surface of the thin-walled portion is substantially on the same surface as the first surface of the base portion. In the gas discharge valve having the above configuration, the total amount of metal that is plastically deformed is reduced by limiting the formation region of the thin-walled portion to the periphery of the protruding portion.

  • Publication number: 20210382004
Abstract: A capillary electrophoresis apparatus is disclosed that does not discharge and achieves both compactness and performance even with a part configuration having insufficient spatial distance or creeping distance. This capillary electrophoresis apparatus is provided with a resistance heater for heating capillaries, an electrode holder that holds capillary electrodes and is connected to a high-voltage unit, and a conductive member that at least partially comprises metal and has been grounded to a low potential. The electrode holder and conductive member are in contact with heat-dissipating rubber disposed there between that composes a structure comprising an insulation member. As a result of this configuration, discharge risk is reduced through the reduction of the potential of parts near the high-voltage unit and the slow reduction of the high potential of the high-voltage unit.

  • Patent number: 10616712
Abstract: The method for setting service providing areas is provided. The method generates first area information according to a position of the computer at a first time. The method also selects second area information based on the position. The second area information is less than a maximum number of a monitoring target areas set to an OS by the number of the first area information or more. The method also sets the first and second area information. When receiving a first notification indicating that the position has entered or has left the area indicated by the first area information from the OS, the method also newly generates the first area information according to a position of the computer at a second time when the first notification is received. The method also resets the new first and second area information as new monitoring target areas of the OS.
