  • Patent number: 11750128
Abstract: An external force estimation device is configured to estimate an external force acting on a motor. The external force estimation device includes a processor. The processor is configured to: calculate an output torque of the motor by using a value of a current supplied to the motor; estimate an inertia torque of the motor by using rotational position information of the motor; estimate a first friction torque of the motor by using the rotational position information of the motor; perform temperature-based correction for the first friction torque by using temperature information of the motor; and estimate the external force by subtracting the inertia torque and the first friction torque after the temperature-based correction from the output torque.

  • Publication number: 20230010384
Abstract: A torque estimation method according to the present disclosure estimates a value of shaft torque of a rotary motion transmitting mechanism. The torque estimation method includes: a step of specifying a maximum value of a torsion angle between an input shaft and an output shaft from the time when a measurement value of the torsion angle is zero to the time when the value of the shaft torque is estimated; and a step of specifying the maximum value of the torsion angle. In the step of specifying the maximum value of the torsion angle, the maximum value of the torsion angle is specified based on a difference between the measurement value of the torsion angle subjected to low-pass filter processing at a first cutoff frequency and the measurement value of the torsion angle subjected to low-pass filter processing at a second cutoff frequency.

  • Patent number: 10886868
Abstract: A motor control apparatus includes an inverter comprising switching elements, current detection means for detecting a phase current value output from the inverter to each phase of a three-phase AC motor, conversion means for converting the phase current value into a digital AD conversion value, and modulation means for comparing a phase voltage command value based on the AD conversion value from the conversion means with a PWM counter value generated using a timer operating at predetermined cycles to generate a PWM signal and outputting the generated PWM signal to the inverter to thereby switch the switching elements of the inverter and control the three-phase AC motor. The conversion means outputs the AD conversion value acquired by converting the phase current value at a timing when a rectangular width of a rectangular wave of a phase voltage value corresponding to the PWM counter value is long.

  • Patent number: 10277492
Abstract: Downlink signals output from a transmission and reception unit are combined with an interference signal of a CW, a resultant signal is applied to a mobile terminal, throughputs for respective interference signal frequencies for the downlink signals are collectively measured, a signal suppression band of the filter is fitted to a frequency band of the downlink signal determined not to reach a defined value, and re-measurement and re-determination of the throughput for the downlink signal among the collectively measured throughputs are performed. In a case where throughputs collectively measured at a certain interference signal frequency are equal to or greater than the defined value and a case where re-measured throughputs of all the downlink signals are equal to or greater than the defined value, the interference signal frequency is switched to the next interference signal frequency, and collective throughput measurement is performed.

  • Publication number: 20100125121
Abstract: A wet process type hard fiberboard is provided that is environmentally-friendly by finding a reinforcing agent that does not result in environmental contamination as the agent takes the place of phenol resin having a significant effect on environmental contamination. This environmentally-friendly wet process type hard fiberboard uses acrylic resin and epoxy resin not containing bisphenol A as reinforcing agents in place of conventional phenol resin. Both reinforcing agents are thermosetting resins, hardly reacting at all at temperatures of 100° C. or lower, and reacting rapidly at temperatures above 140° C. which results in curing, while in terms of environmental protection, these reinforcing agents are optimally suited for use in wet process type hard fiber boards in which water is used by recycling numerous times, with any of the water used being hardly discharged to the outside.

  • Patent number: 5773040
Abstract: In a disc molding die, a stationary base plate is attached to a stationary platen, and a stationary mirror-surface plate is attached to the stationary base plate. Further, a movable base plate is attached to a movable platen, and a movable mirror-surface plate is attached to the movable base plate. A stationary guide ring is attached to the stationary base plate so as to surround the stationary mirror-surface plate, while a movable guide ring is attached to the movable base plate so as to surround the movable mirror-surface plate. When the die is clamped, the movable guide ring is brought into contact with the stationary guide ring. A cavity ring is detachably attached to one of the stationary and movable mirror-surface plates such that the cavity ring projects toward the other of the stationary and movable mirror-surface plates.

  • Patent number: 5693348
Abstract: A disc molding die includes a stationary-side mirror block disposed on a stationary die, a movable-side mirror block disposed on a movable die and facing the stationary-side mirror block so as to define a cavity in combination with the stationary-side mirror block, and a cavity ring disposed on the radially outer side of one of the stationary-side mirror block and the movable-side mirror block so as to define the outer circumferential edge of each disc substrate. The portion of the cavity ring facing the cavity is roughened. When resin is charged into a cavity, very small spaces are formed between the resin and the inner circumferential surface of the cavity ring, due to the roughened portion of the cavity ring facing the cavity. Therefore, the release resistance during die opening or releasing can be decreased.

  • Patent number: 3946625
Abstract: A detecting float is normally made floating on a first liquid, and when a liquid to be detected having a specific gravity less than the first liquid is oncoming, the detecting float sinks relative to the new liquid level as compared with the position which it assumed relative to the level of the first liquid. When the layer of the liquid to be detected increases to a given thickness, the detecting float sinks by a given distance or amount to permit the ingress of the liquid to be detected into the float, which therefore becomes heavier and sinks further downward. An external float surrounds the detecting float, and is formed with a liquid port at a location slightly below the level of the first liquid for allowing the passage of the liquid which reaches the internally located detecting float, but intercepting the liquid to be detected which is in the form of an oil film.
