  • Publication number: 20050215199
Abstract: An amplifying output apparatus equipped with a distortion canceller may help reduce harmonic distortions superimposed on output signals even if distortions appear through an amplifier, thereby enabling outputs with smaller interference signals to be obtained. The techniques may enable an amplifying apparatus to operate with a low voltage so that such an amplifying apparatus can be provided at a low cost and also that it can be integrated on one chip with other integrated circuits.

  • Patent number: 4977615
Abstract: A diversity receiver includes first and second antennae for receiving an RF signal, and an antenna switching circuit for selecting one of the first and second antennae. A first detection circuit having a high sensitivity, and a second detection circuit having a low sensitivity are provided, each detecting a noise signal contained within the received RF signal in different sensitivity. A field strength detection circuit is provided for detecting a field strength of the received RF signal, and a selection circuit is provided for selecting either one of the first and second detection circuits according to the output signal of the field strength detection circuit, and for providing a switching signal to the antenna switching circuit. Thus, when the field strength is relatively strong, the first detection circuit with high sensitivity is used for the noise detection, and when the field strength is relatively weak, the second detection circuit with low sensitivity is used for the noise detection.

  • Patent number: 4953021
Abstract: A multi-channel sound signal received and detected in a TV receiver includes a main channel signal comprising a stereo sum (L+R) signal, a stereo pilot signal having a frequency of f.sub.H equal to the frequency of a horizontal synchronizing signal, and a sub-channel signal obtained by DSB modulation of a sub-carrier having a frequency of 2f.sub.H by a stereo difference (L-R) signal. In a TV multi-channel sound signal demodulator circuit, the sub-carrier is reproduced by a PLL circuit in response to the stereo pilot signal, to demodulate the stereo difference (L-R) signal using the sub-carrier. The stereo difference signal thus demodulated includes a 60Hz noise component due to interference between a sound signal and a video signal. However, the noise component is removed by a high-pass filter provided between a sub-channel signal demodulator circuit and a matrix circuit. Thus, right and left stereo signals R and L outputted from the matrix circuit do not include a noise component.

  • Patent number: 4458703
Abstract: Cleaning system to clean articles to remove foreign matters from surfaces of the articles. At least two treatment baths filled with respective cleaning liquids are provided. An intermediate bath is located between the adjacent two treatment baths. The intermediate bath is filled with the cleaning liquid filled in one of a pair of the adjacent treatment baths adjacent to the intermediate bath, and the cleaning liquid filled in the intermediate bath is then replaced with the cleaning liquid filled in the other treatment bath. At least one of the articles is moved successively from a first to the last one of the at least two treatment baths and through at least one the intermediate bath, while the article is maintained continuously and completely immersed in the cleaning liquid.
