Abstract: In a distributed system control method for controlling operation of a distributed system having a plurality of information processors connected therein, an original sender firstly creates a message addressed to the information processors in the distributed system. Secondly the original sender requests a directory information manager to search for directory information as management information for control of operations of the information processors in the distributed system. The directory information manager reads out the directory information and sends it to the original sender. The original sender controls sending operation of the created message on the basis of the directory information received from the directory information manager.
