  • Publication number: 20030227925
Abstract: A packet processing device has a search engine module including an associative memory for transferring a packet on the basis of an entry mapping to route information, a first processor taking charge of a pre-search process before a process of the packet to the search engine module, and a second processor taking charge of a post-search process for executing a process of routing the packet on the basis of a search result of the search engine module. In this architecture, the packet processing device further has a table used for transferring and receiving information between the first processor in charge of the pre-search process and the second processor in charge of the post-search processor, and identifying information in a specified field of the table is transferred through the search engine module as a transparent medium.

  • Patent number: 6592061
Abstract: When material is thrown in a hopper, material of small particle diameter is loaded in between breaking teeth on two rotors and transferred toward a crushing space between the rotors by rotation. The material of small particle diameter is pressed by compression teeth on one rotor against cutting teeth on the other rotor, thereby causing compressive crushing. When material of small particle diameter clogs the crushing space and stays therein, the cutting teeth cut the material to form a gap. The breaking teeth on the two rotors move odd-shaped material or the like toward the crushing space by similar action. Consequently, the odd-shaped material assumes such a posture that it is caught between the breaking teeth, and is crushed by the breaking teeth or cut by the wedge effect.

  • Publication number: 20030087718
Abstract: An oil film is formed between side faces of a pump gear and side faces of a pump casing to thereby reduce wear and reduce sliding resistance. To form the oil film predetermined numbers of recesses are provided in both side faces of a drive gear and in both side faces of a driven gear of the gear pump. The recesses serve to hold oil. The oil held in the recesses oozes out to between the opposing and contacting side faces to thereby form the oil films therebetween.

  • Patent number: 4906509
Abstract: The present invention provides a two layered refractory plate consisting of a crack-resistant substrate with a grained surface layer embedded thereon. This two layered refractory plate is suitable for use as a shelf plate in a furnace in which the temperatures vary. Cracks due to thermal expansion differences in the material can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 4324629
Abstract: During recyclic use of a chemical copper plating solution, counter anions to copper ions, anions formed by oxidation of a reducing agent, and carbon dioxide by absorption of carbon dioxide from air, which all have an inhibiting effect upon the plating, and also sodium ions having no inhibiting effect are accumulated in the plating solution. These accumulated ions can be removed by electrodialysis. Particularly, regeneration can be satisfactorily regenerated by adjusting the pH of used chemical plating solution to 2-11 before the electrodialysis, and using a selectively monovalent anion permeable membrane as an anion exchange membrane at the electrodialysis.

  • Patent number: 4310563
Abstract: The pH of a chemical copper plating solution is exactly measured for a prolonged time by utilizing a copper oxide prepared by etching metallic copper in an 0.1-1 N inorganic acid then oxidizing the etched metallic copper in an aqueous 0.1-1 N alkali metal hydroxide solution as a main electrode for pH measurement or reducing agent concentration measurement in terms of pH.A combination of the pH measurement with well known procedures for measuring concentrations of cupric ions and a complexing agent exactly measures the pH and the concentrations of a reducing agent, cupric ions and a complexing agent for a continuation of longer time than the conventional procedures.
