  • Publication number: 20010023712
Abstract: A cylinder (32) is hermetically attached into an attaching bore (31) formed within a housing (4) and is made to advance and retreat between a take-out position (A) and a charging position (B). A check valve chamber (28) is formed within the cylinder (32). A check spring (43) resiliently pushes a check valve member (29) inserted into the check valve chamber (28) toward a check valve seat (42). The cylinder (32) has an outer surface provided with an actuation portion (50). If the actuation portion (50) is pushed, it retracts the cylinder (32) toward the charging position (B). Provided at a position opposing to the check valve member 29 through a chamber inlet (40) of the check valve chamber (28) is a receiving portion (46), which receives the check valve member (29) on a halfway while the cylinder (32) is retreating.

  • Patent number: 5048565
Abstract: A valve assembly with a check valve for a gas container has a check valve chamber formed in such a portion of a circumferential wall of a stop valve chamber within a valve box as being adjacent the portion on the side of a stop valve opening and closing manipulation assembly and the portion on the side of a gas outlet port. Within the check valve chamber a check valve body is resiliently urged to a check valve seat for valve closing by means of a checking spring. A check valve body opening member for opening the check valve body is arranged so as to face the check valve body from the side of the check valve seat and is adapted to be advanced toward the check valve chamber so as to be changed over to the valve open position for opening the check valve body and to be retreated from the check valve chamber so as to be changed over to the valve opening cancellation position.

  • Patent number: 4580450
Abstract: The invention relates to a valve with a level gauge for a elongated liquidfied carbon dioxide container, comprising a body, and a level gauge having at least one articulating or flexible part between a float and a rod connected on the float to move an indicating member by a detecting member fixed thereon. The flexible part allows the float to contact the inner periphery of the container, wherein the inner periphery of the container shares a part of the weight of the float, cancelling the bending moment which is produced by the weight of the float and acting on the rod.
