  • Patent number: 11456637
Abstract: A motor includes a stationary unit including a stator and a rotation unit including a magnet unit disposed radially outward of the stator and a cylindrical rotor holder. The magnet unit is held on a radially inside surface of the rotor holder. The magnet unit includes first magnets each of which has N and S poles magnetized in a radial direction, and second magnets each of which has N and S poles magnetized in a circumferential direction. Magnetic poles of radially inner end portions of the first magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction via the second magnet are different from each other. Magnetic poles of circumferential end portions of the second magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction via the first magnet are different from each other.

  • Publication number: 20180248429
Abstract: An outer rotor motor includes a stationary portion provided with a stator and a rotary portion provided with a magnet portion. The rotary portion is provided with a rotor. An N-pole region and an S-pole region of the magnet portion are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction. The rotor is provided with at least one of a recess portion that is provided on an outer circumferential surface and that is recessed toward a radially inner side and a hole portion that penetrates the rotor in a direction from the outer circumferential surface to an inner circumferential surface. The recess portion and the hole portion radially face the central portion of the N-pole region or the central portion of the S-pole region.

  • Publication number: 20180248437
Abstract: A motor includes a stationary portion that includes a shaft extending vertically along a central axis, a rotating portion that rotates around the central axis as a center, and a bearing that rotatably supports the rotating portion with respect to the shaft. The rotating portion includes on an outer side of the stationary portion in a radial direction a cylindrical motor casing that extends in an axial direction around the shaft as a center and a magnet that is disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the motor casing. The stationary portion includes a circuit board that is perpendicularly disposed with respect to the shaft, and a stator that is positioned below the circuit board in the axial direction and above the bearing in the axial direction. The stator includes a stator core that includes a ring-shaped core back having the central axis as the center and a plurality of teeth extending outward from the core back in the radial direction, and a coil that includes a conductor wire wound around the teeth.

  • Patent number: 8468554
Abstract: A spindle motor includes a shaft, a cone, a turntable provide with a disk support portion, a cylindrical closed-top rotor holder, a rotor magnet, a stator, and a bearing mechanism. The cone includes a disk holding surface inclined radially outward and downward. The turntable further includes a resin-made table body having a disk support portion and an annular groove portion depressed upward at a lower side of the disk support portion, a plurality of balls rotatably arranged within the annular groove portion, an annular closure portion arranged between the table body and the rotor holder to close a lower opening of the annular groove portion, and a disc-shaped portion arranged radially inward of the annular groove portion of the table body, the disc-shaped portion having an upper surface bonded to the table body by an adhesive agent and a lower surface bonded to the rotor holder by the adhesive agent.
