    Abstract: This invention seeks to provide an insurance contract support system, which enables an insurance agent or solicitor to invite a customer to take out an insurance policy and negotiate an insurance contract at any time and any place, using a device making no requirement for maintenance on the agent or solicitor. To attain the object as described above, the insurance contract support system of the invention comprises a management device 2 to which each of terminal devices 3 are connected through a network 4. The management device 2 stores insurance-related information relevant to insurance sales and acquires terminal discriminating information of the specified or unspecified terminal device 3 being accessed thereto, so as to allow any of the terminal devices accessed to the management device to make effective use of the insurance-related information, consequently to assist the routine clerical work for operating insurance contract.

    Abstract: The present invention aims at providing an insurance contract accounting system capable of reducing waste of document papers for insurance application and eliminating labors of drawing up the necessary documents in the insurance agencies and companies (including their sales branches) while taking advantage of the conventional face-to-face sales of insurance. An insurance contract management device 2 of the insurance company is connected to a terminal unit 3 of an insurance agent through a network 4, so that upon reception of agent authentication information from the terminal unit 3, the management device forwards to the terminal unit 3 an insurance application form for letting the agent enter insurance-related information data thereinto and receives confirming information from the terminal unit 3 upon filling in the application form, thereby to account for conclusion of the insurance contract.
