  • Publication number: 20130250026
Abstract: Provided is a printer capable of ensuring a large peeling angle at the time of peeling between the transfer film and the ink ribbon by differentiating a conveyance direction of the transfer film at a peeling part on a proceeding passage from the proceeding direction. In the printer which forms an image on a transfer film 46 while feeding an ink ribbon 41 and the transfer film 46 to a print position between a platen roller 45 and a thermal head 40 which are mutually pressure-contacted, the transfer film 46 is wound to form a conveyance passage between a feeding spool 48 and a winding spool 47 in a film cassette 100 which is attached to a device frame in a detachably attachable manner, and a film conveying roller 49 and pinch rollers 32a, 32b are arranged at positions so that the conveyance passage of the transfer film 46 attached to the device frame is displaced to the inside of the cassette by a predetermined amount.

  • Publication number: 20120286464
Abstract: A printing device 1 is provided with a housing 2, and a card stacker 3 is disposed above the housing 2. The card stacker 3 stores cards to be placed parallel in a laminate manner. Inside the housing 2 are stored a card rotating section 4, linear card transport path CP each disposed below the card stacker 3, printing section PR provided below the card transport path CP, various sensors, and control section. A card storage section 29 is disposed on the most downstream side of the card transport path CP. The card storage section 29 stores processed cards to overlap in a laminate manner. The card stacker 3 enables the supply number of cards to be increased, and it is possible to increase the height of the card storage section 29 by the card transport path CP positioning in the upper portion inside the housing 2. By this means, the invention provides the printing device capable of supporting large-amount discharge in response to large-amount supply of printing media while miniaturizing the device.

  • Patent number: 4910568
Abstract: Field isolation between arrayed picture cells of an image sensor is fabricated thinner than the insulation layer for the peripheral portion of CCD operatively connected to picture cells. The field isolation is fabricated by a selective thermal oxidization, by which the isolation film inflates not only vertically but also laterally, therefore the thinner isolation layer can be narrower. And, the lower applied voltage to the picture cell than applied voltage to the CCD portion allows the narrower isolation. The narrower field isolation between the picture cells allows greater density of integration of the picture cells. Procedures to embody the invention are disclosed, one of which is to fabricate the thinner isolation first, and another one is the thicker insulation layer first.
