  • Patent number: 11943919
Abstract: A transistor comprises a 2D material structure and a gate structure. The 2D material structure conformally extends on and between surfaces of dielectric fin structures extending in parallel in a first horizontal direction, and comprises a source region, a drain region, and a channel region positioned between the source region and the drain region in the first horizontal direction. The gate structure overlies the channel region of the 2D material structure and extends in a second horizontal direction orthogonal to the first horizontal direction. The gate structure is within horizontal boundaries of the channel region of the 2D material structure in the first horizontal direction. Microelectronic devices, memory devices, and electronic systems are also described.

  • Publication number: 20190034779
Abstract: A smart identification card structure includes an identification card having a first face provided with an IPS (indoor presence system) and a second face provided with an IRS (interactive response system). Thus, the IPS and the IRS are integrated to construct the identification card, thereby enhancing the convenience and versatility of the smart identification card structure.

  • Patent number: 6339199
Abstract: A tilt switch includes a central electric contact member and a first electric contact terminal adapted to be mounted on a support. The central electric contact member defines a rolling area. An electrically conductive ball member is rollable on the rolling area. An electrically conductive shell member is mounted on the support to confine an accommodating space for the ball member, and has a second electric contact terminal in electric contact with the first electric contact terminal. Once the rolling area is tilted, the ball member will move by virtue of gravity to contact with an inner peripheral surface of the shell member so as to establish an electrical connection between the central electric contact member with the first electric contact terminal.

  • Patent number: 6118646
Abstract: A capacitor structure including a housing and two copper plates disposed on two sides of an interior of the housing. A capacitor element is installed in the housing. The opposite inner sides of each copper plate are disposed with multiple longitudinally arranged small resilient plates which inward extend to engage with the capacitor element in the housing. An outer side of each copper plate is disposed with an upper and a lower engaging plates which are longitudinally inclinedly arranged. The upper and lower engaging plates serve to engage with or attach to a conductive wire inserted into the housing. The upper and lower engaging plates of the copper plate can at the same time contact with the conductive wire so that it can enhance the electricity conduction effect. The capacitor structure enables a user to replace the capacitor element and copper plates by himself.
