    Abstract: Provided is a switching valve capable of maintaining a satisfactory contact state between a contact surface of a rotor and a seat surface of a stator in a rotation range of the rotor. A stator is provided with a plurality of inlet ports and outlet ports through which a working fluid passes, a rotor is provided with at least two through-holes and communication grooves which are able to selectively communicate between the inlet ports and the outlet ports, a casing is provided with a fluid inlet opening which communicates with each of the through-holes, and at least one of the through-holes always communicates with any of the outlet ports of in a rotation range of the rotor.
