Abstract: Disclosed is a rubber composition which can improve the fuel efficiency, wet performance and abrasion resistance of a tire, the rubber composition including: a rubber component (A) containing 55% by mass or more of a polybutadiene rubber; a thermoplastic resin (B); and a filler (C), wherein the thermoplastic resin (B) is compounded in an amount of 5 to 40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A), a tan ? at 0° C. is 0.5 or less, and a difference between tan ? at 30° C. and tan ? at 60° C. is 0.070 or less.

Abstract: A solar control glass, which has excellent heat-ray shielding property, especially heat-ray reflection property (thermal insulation property), and suppresses occurrence of electromagnetic interference, and which can be produced in low cost, is provided. The solar control glass 10 which comprises a glass plate 11 and a heat-ray reflection layer 14 comprising an electrically-conductive polymer provided thereon, wherein the heat-ray reflection layer 14 has a surface emissivity of not more than 0.7, and the electrically-conductive polymer in the heat-ray reflection layer 14 has an electrical conductivity of 0.005 to 200 S/cm, and a solar control double glass having the solar control glass.
