  • Publication number: 20230420166
Abstract: A rare earth sintered magnet has a main phase and a grain boundary phase, the main phase has an R2Fe14B crystal structure, rare earth elements R include at least Nd and Sm, and the content of Sm is higher in the main phase than in the grain boundary phase. The rare earth elements R may include La. In this manner, the higher content of Sm in the main phase than in the grain boundary phase suppresses the heat generation of the rare earth sintered magnet due to eddy current loss.

  • Publication number: 20230377783
Abstract: A rare earth sintered magnet includes a plurality of regions of a main phase each having an R2Fe14B crystal structure containing at least Nd as a rare earth element R and a grain boundary phase formed among the plurality of regions of the main phase. The grain boundary phase has Sm enriched portions in which Sm is enriched by Sm substitution in a crystalline NdO phase and heavy rare earth element RH enriched portions in which a heavy rare earth element RH is enriched at least on part of peripheries of the Sm enriched portions. This allows the heavy rare earth element RH to diffuse deeper into the rare earth sintered magnet while suppressing the deterioration of the magnetic properties.

  • Publication number: 20230079836
Abstract: A rare earth sintered magnet according to the present disclosure includes: a main phase satisfying general formula (Nd, La, Sm)—Fe—B and including crystal grains based on R2Fe14B crystal structures; and a crystalline subphase based on an oxide phase represented by (Nd, La, Sm)—O. The subphase has a higher concentration of Sm than the main phase.

  • Publication number: 20220336126
Abstract: Provided is a rare earth magnet alloy having a tetragonal R2Fe14B crystal structure, including: a main phase containing, as main constituent elements, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of: Nd; La; and Sm, Fe, and B; and a sub-phase containing, as main constituent elements, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of: Nd; La; and Sm, and O, wherein La substitutes for at least one of a Nd(f) site or a Nd(g) site, wherein Sm substitutes for at least one of a Nd(f) site or a Nd(g) site, wherein La segregates in the sub-phase, and wherein Sm is dispersed in the main phase and the sub-phase without segregation.

  • Publication number: 20140124250
Abstract: A wiring board includes an electric insulating base material including an incompressible member and a thermosetting member; a first wiring and a second wiring formed with the electric insulating base material interposed therebetween; and a via-hole conductor penetrating the electric insulating base material, and electrically connecting the first wiring and the second wiring to each other. The via-hole conductor includes a resin portion and a metal portion. The metal portion includes a first metal region mainly composed of Cu; a second metal region mainly composed of a Sn—Cu alloy; and a third metal region mainly composed of Bi. The second metal region is larger than the first metal region, and larger than the third metal region.

  • Patent number: 4645912
Abstract: A band-form, electrically heat-generating apparatus having two parallel electrodes and resistance elements intervened therebetween over the entire length of the electrodes, and connected to both the electrodes in parallel and individual feeding points on each of the respective electrodes, which apparatus is characterized in that the feeding point to one of the electrodes and that to another of the electrodes are located at diagonal positions relative to the parallelogram formed by the two electrodes and the outermost two of the resistance elements to form a heat-generating unit. A plurality of such a heat-generating apparatus may be formed by connecting such a heat-generating unit in series to form a heat-generating apparatus; and the electrically heat-generating apparatus may further be provided with a circuit for detecting or protecting voltage abnormalities. With the above apparatus, a more uniform heat generation is possible as compared with conventional apparatus.
