  • Publication number: 20160236786
Abstract: Provided is a moving unit capable of easily mounting and dismounting a movable body to and from track rails. The moving unit includes the pair of track rails, which are laid on a fixed portion at an interval therebetween, and respectively have guiding surfaces on surfaces opposed to each other, a plurality of moving blocks, which are accommodated and arranged in an accommodating space sandwiched between the pair of track rails, and are configured to travel on the guiding surfaces of the respective track rails, and the movable body, which is arranged so as to be opposed to the fixed portion across the accommodating space, and is retained by the moving blocks. The movable body includes a mounting and dismounting mechanism, which is configured to change the interval between the moving block to be assembled to one of the track rails and the moving block to be assembled to another one of the track rails to cancel a contact state between the moving blocks and the respective track rails.

  • Patent number: 9279539
Abstract: Provided is a moving unit that enables a movable body to be smoothly moved along guide tracks for guiding the movable body across joints between a plurality of track rails arranged in series so as to serve as the guide tracks. The moving unit includes: the pair of guide tracks laid in parallel to each other; a plurality of moving blocks being two or more moving blocks assembled to each of the guide tracks and being freely movable along the guide tracks; and the movable body fixed to the moving blocks. The track rails arranged in series serve as the guide tracks, and each have a guide surface formed along a longitudinal direction of each of the track rails. The moving blocks each include contact elements configured to travel on the guide surface while passing across joint clearances each being formed between the track rails arranged in series.

  • Publication number: 20160003295
Abstract: A support and guide device capable of smoothly shifting a moving block configured to move along a guide track from one of a plurality of track rails forming the guide track to another of the plurality of track rails even when clearances are secured at joints between the plurality of track rails. Each of the track rails has auxiliary sliding surfaces formed on both end portions of the each of the plurality of track rails in the longitudinal direction, the auxiliary sliding surfaces formed side by side with a guide surface and being inclined with respect to the guide surface. The moving block includes leading sliding portions each configured to face one of the auxiliary sliding surfaces of the track rail when the moving block reaches one of both end portions of the track rail in the longitudinal direction.

  • Publication number: 20150369280
Abstract: This movement-guiding device 10 comprises: a moving rail 21 including a rolling element rolling surface 23; a first block 22 that engages with the rolling element rolling surface 23 of the moving rail 21 via a plurality of rolling elements; a fixed rail 31 including a rolling element rolling surface 33; a second block 32 that engages with the rolling element rolling surface 33 of the fixed rail 31 via a plurality of rolling elements; and a joint member 40 which is formed in a plank shape and which connects the moving rail 21 and the fixed rail 31 by having the first block 22 mounted on one surface and having the second block 32 mounted on the other surface, the joint member 40 being formed having a height difference. As a result of having such a configuration, this movement-guiding device 10 can be mounted in a limited space.

  • Publication number: 20150176643
Abstract: A guide body can be prevented from being disengaged from a track rail even where the track rail is made of a low-rigidity material, thereby securing reliable movement along the track rail. The guide body includes: a large number of rolling elements that roll on a rolling surface formed along a structure, the guide body being movable relative to the structure; an endless circulation path through which the large number of rolling elements circulate; a load opening portion for allowing the large number of rolling elements in the endless circulation path to be held in contact with the rolling surface of the structure; and a guide portion formed on at least one side of the load opening portion so as to project toward the structure side with respect to projecting ends of the large number of rolling elements projecting from the load opening portion toward the structure side.
