  • Publication number: 20220278035
Abstract: A module is used in a semiconductor composite device that supplies a direct-current voltage adjusted by a voltage regulator including a semiconductor active element to a load. The module includes a capacitor layer including at least one capacitor portion forming a capacitor, a connection terminal used for electrical connection with at least one of the voltage regulator and the load, and a through-hole conductor formed to penetrate the capacitor portion in a thickness direction of the capacitor layer. The capacitor is electrically connected to at least one of the load and the voltage regulator with the through-hole conductor interposed between the load and the voltage regulator.

  • Patent number: 10873140
Abstract: To provide a cable connection structure used in a vehicle antenna device, capable of being reduced in size, easy to assemble, and having required tensile strength. The cable connection structure includes a connection terminal 10, a circuit board 20, a base plate 30, a positioning abutting part 40, and a cable clamp 50. The connection terminal 10 is attached to a braided wire 3 of a coaxial cable 1. The circuit board 20 has a signal line connection hole 21 and a ground line connection hole 22. The base plate 30 has a cable insertion hole 31. The positioning abutting part 40 is used for determining the position of the circuit board 20 on the base plate 30. The cable clamp 50 grasps a protective outer cover 4 of the coaxial cable 1, holds a core wire 2 such that the core wire 2 is exposed at a predetermined height position, and holds a connection terminal 10 such that the connection terminal 10 is exposed at a predetermined height position.

  • Patent number: 10219517
Abstract: The present invention relates to the Bacillus sp. strains AT-332 (NITE BP-1095) and AT-79 (NITE BP-1094) isolated from nature; and a plant disease control agent, a nematode control agent and a plant growth promoter containing the strains as active bacteria. The Bacillus sp. strains AT-332 and AT-79 strain are effective in controlling both a wide range of various plant diseases and nematode-damage and capable of promoting the growth of useful plants, due to a culture containing a secondary metabolite of the strains or cultivated and isolated live bacteria of the strains being introduced to a plant body or to the culture soil.
