    Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] It cannot be said that the irradiation range of laser light is sufficiently wide, a lot of labor is taken to irradiate the skin with laser light, and there has been a problem that efficiency of cosmetic treatment is bad. [Solution] A laser treatment device is provided with a laser light source 40 consisting of at least one or more VCSEL array 41 that has two or more VCSEL elements 41s arranged on a single wafer and emits laser light for irradiating the skin. The laser treatment device may also be provided with: a reflected-light power detection means that detects power of reflected light of the light irradiating an irradiation part, the reflected light reflected from the irradiation part; and a control means that adjusts, in accordance with the power of the reflected light detected by the reflected-light power detection means, power of the laser light emitted from the light source means.

    Abstract: A laser depilator comprising a unit for removing hairs from the skin, a light source for irradiating laser light, and a lens for irradiating the skin with the laser light irradiated from the light source while deforming the beam shape so as to conform to the shape of a region of the skin from which hairs are removed by the hair removing unit. Since removal of hairs shielding the laser light and irradiation of laser light for damaging hair roots can be carried out continuously, efficiency of depilation treatment can be enhanced. Furthermore, depilation can be carried out effectively through a simple arrangement because a shaved skin surface can be irradiated with laser light over a relatively wide range using a lens.

    Abstract: A laser depilating method for depilating treatment by irradiating a skin surface with a laser beam emitted from a semiconductor laser. A treatment region of the skin surface is treated with a semiconductor laser beam for an irradiation time of 100 msec or more per irradiation while controlling the laser beam so that the energy density when irradiating the skin surface may be in a range of 0.01–1 J/mm2. Irradiation of the skin surface with a semiconductor laser beam under such a condition provides a more secure and efficient treatment effect of laser depilation. A plurality of semiconductor laser beams are used as necessary to irradiate a wider area of skin surface at a time.

The respective flat electrodes 3, 4 are touched with a little space between them to a portion of the human body, and a current is passed to the portion for treatment. Thus, the glove body 2 can be put on one hand only to easily treat from a wide area to a small portion by passing a current to any portion of the human body.

    Abstract: A pulse health device which can impart a sufficient treatment efffect even to the periphery of waist part where waist part, hip part and abdoment part having an irregular shape exist closely to each other. An electrode belt 5 of the pulse health device 1 has has a slit 57 made along the longitudinal direction thereof between planar electrodes H1, H3 on the uper stage side and planar electrodes H2, H4 on the lower stage side.
