Abstract: An LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) manufacturing method includes: a step of forming a columnar spacer for maintaining a gap between a TFT (Thin Film Transistor) substrate and a CF (Color Filter) substrate into which a liquid crystal is to be injected; and a subsequent step of performing under-pressure hole sealing processing which determines the gap finally, as applying an under-pressure hole sealing load value of 0.15-0.60 kg/cm2.

The liquid crystal display panel is manufactured by a method comprising: preparing a pair of polarizer films each having at least a polyvinyl alcohol layer and a triacetyle cellulose layer; preparing a liquid crystal substrate assembly which comprises a first glass substrate and a second glass substrate and a liquid crystal material disposed between said first glass substrate and said second glass substrate; heating said polarizer films at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time in a first heat treatment process; and sticking the polarizer films on the first and second glass substrates, after the first heat treatment process. The method may further comprises, after sticking the polarizer films on the first and second glass substrates, heating the liquid crystal substrate assembly in a second heat treatment process.
