    Abstract: A polycarbonate resin composition comprising a blend of (A) 1 to 90% by weight of a polycarbonate resin derived from 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane and (B) 10 to 99% by weight of a polycarbonate resin derived from 1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethane, the amounts of (A) and (B) being based on the total weight of (A) and (B). The composition has improved impact strength and melt flowability while retaining the excellent transparency and heat deformation resistance of the polycarbonate resin (A).

In another embodiment a plurality of said series combinations may be connected in parallel to each other and be connected in parallel to the terminals of the cell to be bypassed.
