The rotating cleaning unit includes a main body rotatable centering on a rotational axis, a first cleaning member supported by the main body, and configured to scrape foreign matters on the document pass surface during rotation of the main body, and a second cleaning member supported by the main body, and configured to enable sweeping foreign matters on the document pass surface during rotation of the main body.
