  • Publication number: 20240419787
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for protecting identity information in a directory, such as Active Directory. A method, according to one implementation, include the step of conducting a scan of a directory of a network domain to gain visibility of one or more vulnerabilities of the directory. The one or more vulnerabilities define a potential security risk that would allow an attacker to leverage identity-related information from the directory. The method further includes the step of guiding an administrator regarding management of the directory to reduce the potential security risk. Also, the method includes the step of monitoring the directory for one or more attacks to leverage the identity-related information.

  • Publication number: 20230360066
Abstract: The determination of an account outcome, such as a renewal, upsell, or cross-sell, for a product subscription is not presently capable of automation or scaling. Accordingly, disclosed embodiments automate this determination, in a scalable manner, using a trained predictive machine-learning model. In particular, values for a set of features of a customer account are extracted and input to a predictive machine-learning model to identify the probability of an account outcome. This probability may then be used in one or more downstream functions, such as for reports, alerts, account segmentation, marketing orchestration, sales intelligence, determining a next best action, and/or the like.

  • Patent number: 11132131
Abstract: The techniques described herein limit client utilization of a parallel-access storage device. Specifically, client utilization of a particular storage device is estimated using I/O cost metrics to estimate the costs of I/O requests from the client to the particular storage device. The I/O cost metrics are determined based on calibration-based system performance data, which represents a system-wide measure of storage device performance for a system in which the particular storage device resides. The calibration-based system performance data includes one or both of composite throughput data and composite IOPS data for multiple parallel-access devices in the system. The cost estimates for I/O requests issued from a client to a parallel-access device are tracked in a total cost estimate for the client. Client utilization of the storage device, as tracked by the total cost estimate for the client, is limited to a percentage of the total estimated bandwidth of the storage device.
