    Abstract: A baseball pitching training apparatus is provided for developing and improving pitching skills for beginning pitchers to professional pitchers. This apparatus comprises a planar base representative of a baseball home plate with first, second, and third poles vertically mounted in slots in the planar base. The poles have targets mounted on their upper ends and are arranged in a triangular pattern. The poles also have recoil means located in each of them to cause each of said poles to return to its normal vertical position after being struck by a thrown ball.
