  • Patent number: 11829732
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media to automatically generate source code for simple object application protocol (SOAP) web services are described. The method can include selecting a type of web service and a web service. The method can also include selecting one or more inputs or one or more outputs corresponding to the type of the selected web service. The method can further include defining one or more conditions for the one or more outputs. The method can also include automatically generating a source code file for the web service based on one or more of the type of web service, the one or more inputs, the one or more outputs, or the one or more conditions, and deploying the source code file to a server. The method can further include generating a document that lists one or more specifications of the web service.

  • Patent number: 11192804
Abstract: A method of using a nanoporous carbon material for adsorption of one or more PAH and diesel fuel from an aqueous solution is described. The aqueous solution may comprise the one or more PAH at a concentration of 0.1 mg/L-1 g/L, and the diesel fuel at a concentration of 0.1-5 g/L. The nanoporous carbon material may adsorb at least 96 wt % of one or more PAH within 10 minutes. The nanoporous carbon material may be obtained by contacting a carbonized asphalt with a base.

  • Publication number: 20120271905
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for serving an image stored in the peer computer to a requesting computer in a network photosharing system in which the peer computer is coupled to a photosharing system server. Aspects of the invention include caching copy of the image in the photosharing server; and in response to the photosharing server receiving a request from the requesting computer to view the image stored in the peer computer, transmitting the cached image from the photosharing server to the requesting computer, thereby avoiding the need to transfer the image from the peer computer to the photosharing server for each request to view the image.

  • Publication number: 20090172132
Abstract: The present invention is related to a computer system that provides a web page to a requestor over a network. Aspects of the present invention include receiving by the computer system a request to access a web page and in response, determining whether a descriptor for the requested web page is in a session memory. If the descriptor is not in the session memory, it is retrieved from a database and the stored in the session memory. From there, the descriptor is used to determine whether the web page should be retrieved and returned to the requestor. By storing the descriptor in session memory, additional accesses to the database can be avoided when the descriptor is used for subsequent tasks.

  • Publication number: 20050229243
Abstract: A method and system for providing a computer running a Web browser HTTP access to a peer server located behind a firewall in a peer-to-peer network is described. The method and system first include providing the peer-to-peer network with a proxy server. The peer server then registers an outbound socket connection with the proxy server. In response to the proxy server receiving an HTTP request to access the peer server from the web browser, the HTTP request is translated into a request packet and the request packet is sent to the peer server. In response to the peer server receiving the request packet, the peer server translates the request packet back into the HTTP request and then responds to the request, thereby enabling generic web traffic to flow.
