  • Publication number: 20250181325
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for generating computer code using neural networks. One of the methods includes receiving data describing a computer programming task; generating a plurality of candidate computer programs by sampling a plurality of output sequences from a set of one or more generative neural networks; clustering the plurality of candidate computer programs; for each cluster in a set of the clusters: processing each of the respective plurality of candidate computer programs in the cluster using a correctness estimation neural network to generate a correctness score for the candidate computer program; and selecting a representative computer program for the cluster using the correctness scores for the respective plurality of candidate computer programs in the cluster; and selecting one or more of the representative computer programs for the clusters as synthesized computer programs for performing the computer programming task.

  • Publication number: 20240256883
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for training a neural network used to select actions to be performed by an agent interacting with an environment. Implementations of the system can take into account a level of luck in the environment, and hence whilst learning can account for outcomes that were caused by external factors as well as those dependent on the actions of the agent.

  • Patent number: 10313018
Abstract: The invention is related to a digital-data mixing apparatus (2), a data processing system (1) and an associated method for mixing digital-data. The digital-data mixing apparatus comprises, integrated in a housing (7), input means (8) for receiving a plurality of bits (I1 . . . In) of input digital data (4), electromagnetic emission means (9) for generating a modulated electromagnetic beam (15) wherein said input digital data (4) are converted in simultaneous modulations of the modulated electromagnetic beam (15), electromagnetic scattering means (10) for scattering the modulated electromagnetic beam (15) in a scattered electromagnetic beam (19), receiving means (11) for converting the scattered electromagnetic beam (19) in bits (O1 . . . Om) of output digital data (5), and output means (12) for providing said output digital data (5).
