Abstract: A hydraulic anti-vibration device includes two rigid frame members, an elastomer body, two sealed chambers, a constricted passage putting the two sealed chambers into communication with each other, a valve member that defines portions of the two chambers and that has an axis of revolution, and two grids between which the valve member is interposed. The grids limit displacements of the valve member. Interposed non-uniformities cause the amount of contact the valve member has with a grid to vary progressively and angularly around the central axis of the valve member. The non-uniformities are disposed around the central axis in a distribution that is angularly non-repetitive.

Abstract: A hydraulic antivibratory device is provided, comprising two rigid frames (1,2); an elastomer body (3) connecting the two frames together and forming two sealed chambers (A, B) at least partially therewith; a restricted passage (7) causing the two chambers to communicate permanently with each other; a liquid mass (L) filling the two chambers and the restricted passage; and a deformable valve (8) partially defining one of the two chambers (A), and mounted between two grids (9, 10). This valve is in the form of a biconvex lens, only the central part of which is in permanent contact with the two grids and is clamped therebetween.

Abstract: The invention provides a hydraulic antivibratory support interposed between a vehicle chassis and engine, including a work chamber (A) and a compensation chamber (B) filled with liquid and joined together through a nozzle (19) whose section, which determines the frequency of the best damped oscillations, can be modified even during operation of the support. This nozzle is defined at least partially by a deformable wall (20) and modifications of the section of the nozzle are obtained by deforming the wall.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic antivibration support designed to be interposed between two rigid elements. It comprises a working chamber and a compensating chamber separated by a rigid partition and connected permanently with one another through a throttled passage. Both of these chambers and this passage are filled with liquid. The working chamber is composed of two compartments connected to one another through a throttled annular column bounded internally and externally by two cylindrical surfaces fast respectively to the two rigid elements.
