  • Patent number: 11898569
Abstract: A fan includes a hub configured to be driven by motor to rotate about a fan rotational axis, blades that protrude radially from the hub and a band that surrounds the rotational axis and connects the tips of the blades. The band includes structurally-reinforcing ribs that protrude from the hub-facing surface of the band. A rib is disposed between respective tips of each pair of adjacent blades. Each rib bridges a knit-line of the band, and has a circumferential dimension that is at least 40 percent of a distance between the respective tips of the adjacent blades.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 6, 2021
Date of Patent: February 13, 2024
Assignees: Robert Bosch LLC, Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Markus Liedel, Alain-Bernard Isel, Ray Cote, Eugen Stockmann, Serge Nako

  • Patent number: 9106111
Abstract: In an electromechanical energy converter having an outer body and an inner body, which are mounted movably relative to one another about an axis of rotation, an outer body according to the invention surrounds an annular structural element, a permanent magnet and a support ring which is received concentrically in the structural element. The support ring comprises a recess to receive the permanent magnet, and the recess has a boundary surface which extends parallel as to a radius of the axis of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20120212098
Abstract: The invention relates to an electric machine (2), comprising at least one rotor shaft (3) that is rotatably mounted in a housing (4) by means of at least one rolling body bearing (5), wherein at least one commutator (14) is arranged in a rotationally 11 fixed manner on the rotor shaft (3). To this end, a centrifugal disc (16) is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the rotor shaft (3) on the side of the rolling body bearing (5) opposite of the commutator (14). The invention further relates to a hydraulics unit (1), in particular for a motor vehicle, comprising a housing (4) and an electric machine (2).
