  • Publication number: 20070048141
Abstract: The device for rotationally blocking a retaining ring (20) on a rotor disk (10) comprises: successive first (162, 262) and second (164, 264) blocking hooks of the disk (10), at least one cleat (302, 304, 306) of said retaining ring (20), arranged close to a split (24) in the ring (20). The position of said at least one cleat (302, 304, 306) on said retaining ring (20) is such that, when said retaining ring (20) is in place in a groove (22) situated in the rotor disk (10), said at least one cleat (302, 304, 306) is in abutment against said first blocking hook (162, 262), and the split (24) is covered by said second blocking hook (164, 264).

  • Patent number: 7112040
Abstract: A guide device for guiding a variable-pitch blade, in particular in a turbomachine compressor, the blade having a pivot formed by a cylindrical axial shank mounted in a cylindrical housing of a casing and pivotally guided about an axis in said housing by bearings, where the bearings are abutment bearings with conical rollers, the axes of the rollers being substantially perpendicular to the pivot axis of the blade.

  • Publication number: 20060193720
Abstract: The invention provides a device for adjusting the centering of a control ring for pivoting vanes of a turbomachine, the device comprising a plurality of pads for coming into contact with a circular surface that is coaxial with the ring, each pivoting vane being connected to the control ring via a lever having a first end secured to the control ring via a crank pin disposed radially on said ring, and a second end mounted on a pivot of the vane, each of said pads being secured to a pad carrier. Each pad carrier is secured under the control ring by means of attachment systems that are designed to be assembled from over the ring.

  • Publication number: 20060056963
Abstract: The present invention concerns a gas turbine engine comprising at least one compressor stage with an inner ring under variable angle stator vanes comprising axial keys for centring said inner ring with respect to said stator vanes, and comprising at least one sealing member support mounted on the inner ring. It is characterized by the fact that said keys comprise a transverse groove cooperating with a radial rib arranged transverse to the engine axis on the periphery of the support for the sealing member.

  • Publication number: 20050036885
Abstract: The system enables an increase in the guidance length of the outer pivot (11) of the vane (10), so that the bushing (50) can be extracted without needing to open the stator casing. It mainly includes a bushing (50) placed inside a bossing (21) of the stator, the length of which is greater than the length of the bossing (21) projecting outwards from the bossing. Thus, the contact length of the outer pivot (11) is prolonged. The bushing is terminated at its end by a gripping hook (41) to enable extraction of the bushing by means of a claw. It is advantageously also provided with a positioning edge (42).

  • Publication number: 20050008477
Abstract: A guide device for guiding a variable-pitch blade, in particular in a turbomachine compressor, the blade having a pivot formed by a cylindrical axial shank (6) mounted in a cylindrical housing (10) of a casing and pivotally guided about an axis in said housing by bearings, the device being characterized in that said bearings are abutment bearings (14, 15) with conical rollers (17), the axes of the rollers being substantially perpendicular to the pivot axis of the blade.

  • Publication number: 20040146398
Abstract: The pivots (2) of the blades (1) comprise removable portions (16) located at their outer end and adjustable in height using a thread (17) or a similar means in order to adjust the distance between the head (9) of a lever (10) controlling the adjustment of the blade and the casing (4) or the collar (8) of a bearing (5); if the centring bushings (7) of the bearings (5 and 6) are worn, harmful tilting of pivots (2) will be limited by a stop for the head (9).
