The bus bar (1) with flat tabs (2) is made from two layers (1a, 1b), each arm (4a, 4b) of the said pair of elastic arms being formed in one piece onto each layer of the bus bar.

The catch (11) is engageable in the interruption (5) and the abutment (6) and the thread end (12) are interengageable.
